3. Returns

3.1 Return Due To Change Of Mind: We accept returns due to a change of mind if the request is made within 30 days of receiving the item. Items must be returned in original packaging, unused, and in resellable condition. Return shipping is at the customer’s expense. Once returns are received and accepted, refunds will be processed as store credit. Refunds will include the value of the goods returned, but not the shipping costs.

3.2 Warranty Returns: Valid warranty claims can be submitted within 90 days of receipt. Customers are required to pre-pay return shipping, which will be reimbursed upon successful warranty claim. Upon receiving returned items for a warranty claim, we will process it within 7 days. Customers will have the option of a refund to their payment method, store credit, or a replacement item (if available).

• Transit Time Internationally: International orders usually take 4 – 22 days, depending on the courier.
• Dispatch Time: Orders are dispatched within 2 business days.
• Change Of Delivery Address: Delivery address changes can be made before dispatch.
• P.O. Box Shipping: We ship to P.O. boxes using postal services only.
• Military Address Shipping: Military addresses are shipped using USPS.
• Items Out Of Stock: Out-of-stock items will be dispatched once available.
