Return & Refunds Policy

  • You have the right to cancel your order within 30 days without providing any reason.

    The deadline for canceling an order is 30 days from the date you received the goods or when a third party, other than the carrier, takes possession of the delivered product.

    To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision through a clear statement.

    You can inform us of your decision via email at info@InterModalContainers24.com. We will reimburse you no later than 30 days from the day we receive the returned goods. The reimbursement will be made using the same payment method you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for this reimbursement.

    Conditions for Returns:

    To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

    The goods were purchased within the last 30 days. The goods are in their original packaging. The following goods cannot be returned:

    Customized or personalized goods. Goods that are unsuitable for return due to their nature, such as perishable items or expired goods. Goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and have been unsealed after delivery. Goods that have been inseparably mixed with other items after delivery. We reserve the right to reject returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our discretion.

    Returning Goods:

    We cannot be held liable for goods damaged or lost during return shipment. Therefore, we recommend using an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of return delivery.

    Gifts:

    If the goods were marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Upon receiving the returned product, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

    If the goods were not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will issue the refund to the gift giver.
